New Executive Briefs Explore the Human Side of AI-Native Delivery

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing how software is designed, built, tested, secured, and maintained. For many organizations, the first reaction is to focus on tools: copilots, agents, models, automation platforms, and AI-enabled development environments.

But tool access alone does not make an organization AI-native.

The deeper challenge is organizational. Teams must learn new ways of working. Engineers must learn how to direct, evaluate, refine, and govern AI-generated work. Leaders must rethink workflows, roles, governance, accountability, and operating models. Organizations must help people build confidence, judgment, and practical skill in AI-assisted delivery.

To help leaders navigate this transition, AI Sprints has released two new Executive Briefs:

Why These Briefs Matter

AI has the potential to accelerate software delivery dramatically, but it also introduces new forms of risk. AI-generated code, designs, tests, documentation, and recommendations can increase output faster than people and organizations are prepared to evaluate it.

That creates a new leadership challenge.

The organizations that succeed will not simply be those that buy the best tools. They will be the ones that help their people develop the human capabilities required for AI-native delivery: judgment, evaluation, collaboration, delegation, critical thinking, workflow leadership, and responsible governance.
