These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of aisprints.ai (the "Site"), which is operated by Partnered Solutions LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company that provides AI Sprints Coaching and Consulting ("Partnered Solutions", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or sending us information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about AI Sprints Coaching and Consulting, research we publish, news, and ways to contact us. It has no user accounts. Any coaching or consulting services are provided only under a separate written agreement between you or your organization and Partnered Solutions; these Terms do not create such an agreement.
Unless stated otherwise, the Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, the AI Sprints name and frameworks, and downloadable materials — are owned by or licensed to Partnered Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print Site content for your own informational, non-commercial use.
Research Digest. You may share our research report Accelerating Software Delivery with AI — Research Digest in full, free of charge, provided you do not alter it, do not remove our name or notices, and do not sell it. Statistics we cite from independent sources remain the property of their original publishers.
"AI Sprints" and related names and logos are trademarks of Partnered Solutions. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to refer accurately to us and our services.
Site content is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. AI Sprints program results shown on the Site are the program's own measurements on specific cohorts and are presented separately from independent research; they describe past outcomes and do not guarantee similar results for any other team or organization.
When you use our contact form, you agree to give accurate information and to send only messages you have the right to send. You must not use the form to send spam, malicious code, or unlawful, abusive or infringing content. If you opt in to AI Sprints news, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any news email or at aisprints.ai/unsubscribe. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
Do not send us confidential information through the Site. Ideas or feedback you send us are not treated as confidential, and we may use them without obligation to you.
You agree not to: misuse the Site or interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; use automated means to scrape or overload the Site; or use the Site in violation of any law.
The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as Google Calendar, LinkedIn, and articles and press releases published by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partnered Solutions and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partnered Solutions from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
