This Privacy Policy explains how Partnered Solutions LLC ("Partnered Solutions", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit aisprints.ai (the "Site"). Partnered Solutions LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company that provides AI Sprints Coaching and Consulting and operates the Site.
The Site has no user accounts or logins. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, as described below.
Like most websites, the servers of our hosting provider automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time. These logs are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site and are kept for a limited period. The Site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for others' marketing, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
We process your information on the basis of your consent (news emails, which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services and in operating and securing the Site; and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
We send news only to people who have opted in. Every news email includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe at any time at aisprints.ai/unsubscribe or by emailing mladen@partneredsolutions.ai. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We keep a minimal record of unsubscribed addresses so that we do not email them again.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website hosting provider and our email providers, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.
The Site links to services operated by others, including Google Calendar appointment scheduling (if you book a call, the details you enter are collected by Google and shared with us so we can hold the call), LinkedIn, and published articles and press releases on other websites. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you news, by emailing mladen@partneredsolutions.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws, including the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will respond to requests within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States, and the Site and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we take steps to make sure transfers are protected.
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change to how we use information you have given us, we will tell you before the change applies to you.
